Using Irony - .Net in MVVM solution written in VB.Net

Jul 20, 2012 at 1:09 AM

Current project using iFTS (Integrated Full Text Search) and SQL Server 2008 R2.  Attempting to convert Search Grammar Rules to VB.NET but get error message "Operator '&' is not defined for types 'String' and 'Irony.Compiler.NonTerminal'. " on rules " ParenthesizedExpresion.Rule = "(" & OrExpression & ")" " and " ProximityExpression.Rule = "<" & ProximityList & ">" ".

Any suggestions?

Thanks in Advance

Sorry for bothering you with this.  I had changed the first & to + and got the same error not realizing it was complaining about the second &.  Thanks for your quick response and MVVM sulotion is working per expectation.
